Excellent reading for a Town in which I spent my early years.
Well written, but could have been better documented with interviews with a larger segment of the population to get a bit more accuracy in the over all events and people who resided in the city before it's demise.

Kinloch
This book was a perfect resource for my child who, just thought that African Americans were not a contributing factor except the Activists. The article was delivered in great condition and on time. thank you

My father grew up in Kinloch so for our family reunion the book and its resources were great. Some of my family is even shown in the book.

Informative
An informative book on the history of Kinloch. Most of the book is pictures with a lot of focus on the people. The two largest sections, on the schools and churches, shows the importance of these places within the community. I enjoyed the last section the most about the town itself. I wish there had been more about it at the end instead. It was interesting to see the different housing sections as well as public works and other businesses. That’s what I’m most interested in.
