Oury V2 Single Sided Lock-On Bicycle Grips - 2019 Updated Model

I've gone back and forth between the silicone ESI-style grips (ESI extra chunky or Wolftooth Fat Paw) and the Oury. The silicone grips do not work well when you're sweating alot, even with gloves - they are slippery. Plus they inevitably wear from yanking on the bars, or are easily damaged in a crash. So I generally prefer the Oury. These lockons have added benefit of effectively increasing the width of the bar by several mms. I like the thickness of the grip - wider than most - and they are grippy enough without being too grippy, if that makes any sense. I prefer the v2 lock on over the v1, and I prefer lock ons for a solid grip (though some friends still use the non-lockon and love them). Dependably grippy, comfortable cushion, solid on the bar. Would love it if they added more colors (purple, teal, white, etc.)!

The real deal with the old school feel. Easy to install, great for riders with bigger hands.

These were billed as lock on grips. I bought them under that assumption. It arrived as just the rubber outside grip without the internal plastic liner OR the lock ring.

Great for larger hands and excellent grip if hands get wet or soiled.
