I’m a longtime customer of Bruder eye care products. I typically buy directly from Bruder because they have excellent customer service. I trust these products, and Bruder. This time I decided to use Amazon because the price was a little better. What a mistake. Amazon is incompetent, has little oversight in packaging products safely and in sterile condition. The eyelid liquid bottle was missing the plastic cap which ensures sterility. I had to take my valuable time to repackage the items and send back. The replacement items from Amazon came appropriately with the plastic cover; nevertheless, waste of my valuable time. FYI, the only other time I used Amazon was when Whole Foods stopped selling Dr. Hauschka lipstick, and I had to buy from Amazon. Again, sloppy, careless and pathetic; the outer box was crushed and the lipstick tube box was ripped.

I like that each is individually sealed.

I have a severe case of dry eye. The cleaning sheets keep my eyes clean and refreshed. The eye lid/eye lash spray works wonderfully to enhance the cleaning process. And finally the Bruder Eye Compress helps to lubricate the natural oils in my eyes and greatly adds to my eye comfort.

I love the ease of the system. I still use the wipes and swear by the hypochlorous acid spray twice daily. I am prone to styes and can go a year or more with this system with no styes. Terrific products!

The size is just right for a 60 use and the eyelid wipes are an extra benefit.

It worked great for the first few days, but now it barely stays warm for 5 minutes. I suffer from extremely dry eyes and had high hopes for this. Sadly I was very disappointed

I appreciated all the products provided. Using them has been beneficial for my eyes.

These wipes & the spray are excellent. The wipes do a good job of cleaning residue from the eyes, eliminating the irritation.

Liked the eye pad wipes , but the spray stings. I have very dry eyes.
