Item arrived damaged with the powder emptied into the box, so the packet isn’t even half full. Not acceptable

Don't get Birthday Cake flavour!
First the pros:- mixes brilliantly with water - I love a thick shake and add extra xanthan gum to thicken so it's more like a breakfast pudding- amazing value for the price (I got this on offer for £20 1kg bag)The cons:- I had the birthday cake flavour and it was genuinely awful - tasted so artificially sweet and so strange, like a weird 'milky' fake super sweet strawberry taste (literally to the point where I had to force it down, it was BAD).I was so excited to try this shake as the macros are amazing, the birthday cake is 102 kcal and 24g protein which is the best I've seen for the calories. I have the Wondershake which I haven't tried yet (bought them together) so will see what that's like but I'm gutted it tasted so bad.
