Not as advertised!
At time of purchase the description very clearly said touchless forehead thermometer, that is simply not true. There are also answered questions saying it is touchless, again not true. This is a standard temporal thermometer that must run across the forehead to take temperature. It may be fine if that is what you need, I didn't, the misleading description disappoints me.

Lightweight Portable and Easy to use
I was looking for a non-contact thermometer that is lightweight and portable. I have to go to work during this Covid-19 pandemic. I test my temperature before going to work and test again before going home. Of course, I will test the buddy I work with. This thermometer is very easy to use and takes the temperature fast. It's pretty accurate. When taking off the probe cover, it automatically switches to the ear temperature mode. Shipping is fast. I am glad to have it during this critical moment.

Family use during now and beyond
After this incident, it is necessary to have a thermometer in your home. We all like this, not only is it lightweight, but it also comes with a carrying case. Most importantly, it is quite accurate! I have purchased several thermometers that are more expensive than this thermometer before, and they are never accurate (have been returned). Finally, I chose this. highly recommended! If possible, I will rate it 5 stars! Thank you for giving us such peace of mind!

use instructions not sufficient in explanation of operation
Like the instant temperature read but unable to turn on sound features, instructions not detailed enough and trouble shooting chart doesn't cover very many contingencies

Very accurate
It’s very accurateThe thermometer was delivered in time. Easy to use, accurate and fast. The volume is very small, there is a portable bag, it is easy to carry in my bag. You know, we need to have a thermometer with ourselves before going to work. In addition, I also use it to check the room temperature, and use this thermometer on my daughter's pet dog.

Instrument quality
Instruction translations leaves much to be desired. Never could get a reliable forehead temperature reading if at all! I spent 40 years in Electrical Engineering and Maintenance, and I can read and interpret instructions better those who wrote them. This one is UNACCEPTABLE!! It is supposed to be easy to use and just may be if you are Chinese.

Doesn’t work as described
It’s looks easy to use, but look can be deceiving. We tried following the instructions, but still have a problem to get it work probably and no matter what we do except remove batteries, we can’t get the thermometer to unmute once you mute it. And the reading is not accurate.
