This product was recommended to me, as I love green tea. I must say it is a heavenly nectar for those who suffer from headaches and frequent cold and cough.Its tea leaves and not dust. As soon as you open the bottle the aroma of Himalayan rose wafts out. This is how I prepared the tea.My recipe I boiled 2 tea cups of water in a Carafe. Since my mom wanted a bit of sugar, I boiled the water with sugar. As the water started to boil, I added a pinch of tea leaves and switched off the stove.I could see the color of the water change as the tea leaves unfurled. I waited no longer than 2 minutes before serving. The aroma of the rose was all over my kitchen and dining room. The good part is the Aroma of the rose stays and it has a therapeutic effect.I highly recommend this green tea.Its summer and as the heat increases, I end up with severe headache most of the days. Green tea helps to reduce the pain. Again, I am some one who uses essential oils and have been experimenting with them for years now. Rose essential oil helps fight depression, brings down fever, also good for muscular cramps. Himalayan rose ingested Green Tea has similar properties. Also the aroma refreshes you and boosts your energy levels. This is solely my personal experience with this product.Tip: Don't throw away the tea leaves after straining, make a paste with it and apply it on your face. It is tea-leaves, so it needs to be boiled in water.I boil water, add 2 pinches of leaves and cover the pan. Leaving it for 5-7 mins, i strain.The things i liked:1. It has rose flavor so it doesn't stink like other green teas2. It has no sour after-taste so it makes it much easier to drink3. It doesn't need lemon, so my tea now is not dependant on lemon's availability4. Because it is leaves, it is not wasted and i can add as reqd.What i didn't like:1. Expensive - but what to say, all good things are expensive2. It's properties cannot be found in normal milk tea - sigh... I just love tea LOL.

I bought it after reading excellent reviews. As described it has green mogra leaves when you brew it for 4-5min, you can see whole green leaves at the end. But there is no rose petals, at all. It's rose essence mixed with the leafs and after you brew it the color becomes light red. I was confirmed it is rose essence by checking each leaf. Yes it's mogra. No rose. However it tastes good not bitter like other green tea. But I was expecting real petals.
