Outlets are Matte in color but the covers and Shiney black wish I would of known but that being said still very nice

I had a lot of questions right from the start before ordering these amazing outlets. Those questions were whether there would be instructions and what language would they be in? Will there be enough holes in the outlets for the wires coming from the walls? Will they fit in the wall opening and box? Will the screws be the right size? I needn’t worry, they had it all covered. It is like they read my mind; spooky really. My last concern was whether my plugs would fit into the outlets, since they were made in a different country? Again, my concerns were unfounded. They must make their outlets specific for each country they sell them in. That is a truly smart policy. In the end, I must say I recommend them to anyone in the U. S. A.. I cannot vouch for those made for other countries.

For an electrician to be able to install outlets, they need to be UL listed. These are NOT UL listed. HUGE safety issue, as the wires in the back may seem like they are secure but the wiring can easily become undone in the back without you knowing - and several of them did after installation for us. HUGE SAFETY AND FIRE ISSUE. We had to buy all new at Lowes that are UL listed (required certification, at least in the US) and window to send back for us ended since purchasing.
