This is a great product you could buy for the body. Very healthy. I have been taking this for years, and I feel like it makes me look years younger than my actual age. For all the benefits it does for the body, those are the results

I started taking NAC capsules (NOW brand) several months ago to aid my liver in detoxification, as NAC is a precursor to glutathione. I found that I was needing to take 9-10 capsules daily to achieve the desired effect. So I decided to start taking the powder instead. I stir it into some water and take it about 30 minutes before meals. It tastes slightly sour and tart (remember - it contains a lot of sulfur), but I experience no difficulty chugging it down. In addition to detox, I found a welcome and unexpected 'side effect' of taking this - it's terrific for breaking down excess mucus production. Because of my extensive leaky gut, I've got chronic sinusitis. NAC is great for breaking down the mucus so that it drains instead of remaining stagnant in the sinus cavities. I produce a lot less mucus than I used to. After years of constant sinus infections, I am finally free of them! Needless to say, I'm a big fan of this stuff.

I'm going to admit that I haven't used this product much since I got it. The reason is because it stinks so bad. It has a very pungent chemically smell that makes me gag. I even put some in a capsule and could still smell it. I assume it is probably a great product otherwise so I am not giving up on it. What I intend to do is get a gelatine capsule maker so I can encapsulate this stuff and hopefully use it gag-free. I probably should have purchased NAC capsules, but I had no idea this stuff was so rotten smelling and I intended to put it in my daily smoothy. Not going to happen. I'll update later after I start using it on the actual results from the NAC.

Amazing for liver support. Taste is sour mixed with water. There isn’t a flavor, just sourness. I’d go with the pill form next time but if pills bother you then this is the way to go if you’ve been hard on your liver and want to repair it.

I guess it works well. We got this for our son who’s physician said he needed it. He cannot swallow pills, even small soft get types, so this was a great find. We just add it to his applesauce daily.

Very high quality powder. I was very surprised at the quality. No additives, no capsules. I take it on an empty stomach very early in the morning for high potency, hours before any food is eaten.
