I don't usually pay this much for a cookie jar but it looked so pretty I went for it. Well, received it quickly and opened the box and the tail was broken in three pieces. I was so disappointed! Wrote Amazon a note stating what happened and expected a long drawn out process but to my surprise a new order was received and delivery was made in two days. New cookie jar looks beautiful on my counter. I was amazed at the speed of the replacement. Thank you to all. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

This turkey cooking jar is beautiful. It is large, of decent weight, and good quality. The paining is shiny with nice rich colors. I don't use it as a cookie jar, but it is perfect as a Thanksgiving decoration on the dinner table or elsewhere. It is really eye catching and a perfect decoration for Thanksgiving. Very satisfied and happy with it.

Bought it for a candy jar but it was kind of to big for that but it is a nice Thanksgiving decoration. I didn't have very many Thanksgiving decorations and this went in the center of the table and everyone talked about it. Good quality not a flimsy piece.

I love this cookie jar so much! I even got matching salt and pepper shakers to go with it and my mom has the same one! It is beyond beautiful! Very well painted but definitely fragile! My mom leaves hers up all year long I think I should too because it is so beautiful! Highly highly recommended
