These Victorinox paring knives are some of the best I've ever owned. They are reasonable priced, sharp, durable! I've purchased them a couple of times but only because they disappeared from my kitchen! I would definitely buy them again if the same thing happened.

Light, sharp, and easy to use. Victorinox knives are a great practical line of knives. It wont be a conversation piece but they do the work well at a great price.

Be careful with these little guys! They are razor sharp! I almost want them a little more dull for safety. They cut through anything like butter and are a nice size for smaller foods like tomato etc. You do have to be extremely careful with them though and have a safe place to store them like a butcher block or container. You wouldn't want to thumb through your drawers with these in them.

Absolutly fabulous - very sharp - use caution, and nice length. Grip is good..

Holy 💩 this thing is sharp! Please be so careful with it. It slices even the softest tomatoes without squishing them.

I love this classic Victorinix knife. It's lightweight. You will not find a better knife for cutting fruits & vegetables. I ordered this one for my 80+ year old mother. [Her older butcher block knife set were too heavy & cumbersome to use]. She loves this knife! So much easier for her to handle. I also got her a Victorinox serrated knife & chef knife. Highly recommend.
