You will not be disappointed
Before getting this pole, we used to have a regular 20ft pole that had 5 sections of 16 gauge steel that was supposed to be extra sturdy. Every year we had to replace the rope due to decay. After storms we have have had to go get the whole thing off the ground and set back up. Twice we had sections that the metal was torn and the sections had to be removed. We finally got tired of wasting $100 on cheap flag poles. We now have this 25 ft telescoping beauty! Yes, it did cost more, but you get your money's worth in quality, ease of use, and peace of mind that it will last so much longer and comes with a warranty to prove it. This pole barely moves in high winds, and then its just a little near the top. The flag is attached to rings that rotate around the pole with the wind so your flag doesn't get tangled up as it does with ropes. We are SO happy with this purchase. It comes with rings to fly up to 2 flags at the same time. We had a 5x8 US flag and 3x5 Army flag flying when we 1st installed it. Just recently replaced those with this impressive 8x12 US flag. Important to note, we did dig a larger hole than required. By the time we dug out the concrete from previous pole, we already had a hole over 18 in diameter. For extra sturdiness we dug out a 30 inch diameter hole, then followed all the instructions exactly, including gravel for drainage. We used 3 80lb bags of Quick Crete to set the base.

If you want a great flagpole, buy this one!
This is a very well made product. The metal is truly 10 gauge. People have described "buttons" that keep the sections up. Actually they are metal pins that pop out, the plastic on the ends act as as bearing surface when the pole is raised or lowered. The tool included to push in the pins works great. It's not fancy or gold plated, it just works great. Allowing for a small lock to keep a thief at bay is a nice touch. The company's instructions are very concise. The only thing extra I did was to dig a larger hole because I hit rock. I drilled the rock so I could stick 5 pieces of re-bar up to pour the concrete around. I used 480 pounds of high strength Sakcrete. I let the concrete dry for 7 days before I raised the pole the first time. I learned from my old flagpole that the ground sleeve has to remain motionless or else the top of the pole will really move around in the wind. With a 4' x 6' flag flying straight out the top of this pole barely moves. Tele-pole told me that flying a 5' x 8' flag isn't a problem and I have one waiting after the concrete is a month old.I shopped for a month looking for the best flagpole & warranty. Folks, this is it! I'm 100% happy with this flagpole.

Good poke, very poor customer service and quality control.
Pole looked good, until unpacked and I found damage due to poor packaging, cutting corners. When installed, the locking set screw did not match the hole in the pole. Emailed the manufacturer and sent pictures - no response. Called and talked to the manager, claimed he had not seen the email. Said he’d call his secretary and get back to me - still nothing.

A terrific flagpole!
We spent at least a month researching our flagpole selection for our new home in Brigantine, NJ, a seashore community with sustained winds usually in the teens and substantial gusts from time to time. We finally selected Tele-Pole's Superior 2, 25' telescopic flagpole to adorn our deck overlooking Saint George's Bay on the South end of the island. What a great choice! The thickness of the base (3.5") coupled with the 10 gauge aluminum makes this the perfect pole for a Bayfront shore house. Installation went without a hitch and we customized the install by having the pole drop "thru" our deck and into the soil below. We then added a customized base and were ready to raise "Old Glory" for Independence Day 2016. I have a 4x6 and a 3x5 flying and the pole remains steady. It is a beautiful product and one we hope to have for many years.

Great pole - Questionable packaging
I like the flagpole very much. Good and sturdy. Made in America is a big plus! This was a five star product but I gave the product four stars because it was packaged poorly for such a big heavy item. After the delivery, the pole was halfway out of the box with one thin coating of clear film around the aluminum pole. It did have some cardboard to hold it in place but the pole is way too heavy for what was done. The scratches and mars I can live with but I am shocked that the damage wasn't worse. Once again I congratulate the company for a superior flagpole. Now it is time to turn their attention to packaging such a heavy duty thing of beauty.

Good pole
Easy to assemble and the thicker gauge makes it more stable. I purchased a solar light for the top and did not need to buy any extra length screws to mount as some have mentioned. I got a 4x6 flag and it does great. I had it up for about a week and as luck would have it we had the strongest most sustained winds all night long in years. I was a little concerned but when I checked it the next morning all was fine.

The Flagpole looks amazing
Wasn't sure about a telescoping flag pole, but this is well worth the money. The flagpole is thicker than expected and felt very sturdy, should last many years in the Texas wind. I would recommend an extra set of hands when raising the 25' pole just for convenience. Was debating between the 20 & 25 foot flagpoles and went with the 25 footer, house is single story but high pitch roof and with a 4 x 6 flag looks amazing.

Easy to raise and lower
Been proudly displaying the Old Glory for a few months now. Has gone through some high wind storms with no damage. Easy to raise and lower. Recommended!
