Terrible Noise
If you are thinking that this is going to be the exact same product as the Remedies diffuser, think again. Speaking as someone who owned the more expensive Remedies brand diffuser, I can say that this diffuser is smaller, puts out half of the vapor/scent, and doesn't seem to respond to the dial that is used to increase or decrease the vapor (it's either "on" or "off", no "low" or "high"). Even still it does put out a little vapor. At this point I would give it 3 stars, but there is an unforgiving noise coming from the base of the unit. It sounds like a rapidly rotating metal wheel that needs to be greased; almost the same tone as fingernails on a chalkboard. Maybe Jennifer "Reviewer" got a good one and mine is a dud, but this thing is getting unplugged before this noise drives me insane.Edit: Perhaps I was quick to judge. I tried my diffuser again and after a half hour or so the sound went away and vapor output increased. The dial does now indeed work. Perhaps it just takes a while to break in or warm up? Anyway, decent product but scent and vapor could still be a little stronger.

Whether I have it on lowest setting or the highest ...
Whether I have it on lowest setting or the highest setting, the same amount of mist is emitted. So I get less than 8 hours per fill up not the 9 to 11 hours. So not really thrilled with it

Quit working after 2 months
I loved this when I bought it =nice for a bedside table. Worked GREAT! Quiet. Bought this knowing there were no replacement filters but manufacturer stated filters would be available after Jan. 1. Purchased Nov. 3, unit stopped working Jan. 12. Not worth the money. And still no replacement filters available. Horrible product
