Wheeler-Rex79022 - Glass Tube Cutter, 1/4" - 1-1/2"

Probably would work great with solid or thick walled glass. Doesn't work very well with test tubes which is what I purchased it for. It tends to crush the glass when scoring. Tried very softly, firm, hard, and everything in between, but cound not get a score line before crushing the tube. The cheap hand pinch glass cutters work much better (at least when they are sharp). I purchased this one because the cheap pinch types only last about 10 cuts before the blade is too dull. Have no idea how long this one will last because i could not get an acceptable cut.
