depending on what you are looking for this could be disappointing...
I normally choose Hojiblanca for its sweetness, so this would be disappointing in that regard, as its main note is bitterness. But that is not to say there are no positives to this olive oil. It has some very complex flavours on the palate, too much to try and identify with my unitiated like myself, but there's definitely a lot going on flavour wise.
