Very blocky and hard to swallow. These were the cheapest vegan multivitamins I could find and looked ethically produced but they are blocky and you need a full glass of water when swallowing. Trouble when your on the go to work some mornings.

I have come to realise that we should really be getting most, if not all our vitamins from natural sources which has changed my view on multivitamins. If you are really struggling though for whatever reason though to get all your vitamins in your diet then this is a good product with good amounts of essential vitamins.

Within a few days of taking them I felt more energised especially late autumn and through winter have bought as gifts for friends and recommend to friends who have also bought them and said they felt better after taking them.

Strange taste and smell, however it's an amazingly price for a vegan multi vitamin and it's alot better than a particular high street store

I have had terrible problems with vegan vitamins in the past as they all make me sick so I can't take them. These, however, smell really bad, but don't make me sick at all, so they must be doing some good. Great content in terms of vitamins and mineral percentages and easy to swallow. A whole year's supply too at a good price. Pleased with this.
