Fantastic! Easy to install! Although it took a little bit extra for me to install, I did do it the hard way. I didn't want to use the sticky adhesive, simply because I wanted them to be more permanent. They come with brackets and small screws. The brackets screw into the bottom of your cabinet with a drill and then you attach the light by clipping them in. It helps to pinch the brackets a little when attaching. They brackets are very strong and I am certain will never have a problem.The light is nice and neutral. I don't like warm light or blue light for under cabinet lights because they can cause eye strain or make it hard to see dirt I need to clean on my counter.Also, I bought these and didn't realize it was more than I needed because the connectors at the ends of the lights add some length.The dimmer is a fantastic feature. I leave it on very dim at night, so if I need to stumble into the kitchen in the middle of the night for water I am not blinded. I turn them up high in the morning to wake me up while the coffee is being made and I wash the leftover dishes. My house doesn't ever seem to have enough light. These lights at their brightest make it super easy to see what I am doing while I am washing the dishes by hand so I don't miss any bits of sauce dried on. Nobody wants that.The LEDs are diffused beautifully by the housing. There is no "streaking" in between the LEDs. It is just is a nice smooth light. Definitely would recommend these to anyone I know! This was so intuitive to set up that I didn't even need to read the instructions. I used the lights in my son's rental apartment which was dimly lit. What a phenomenal difference. The fact that it dims and plugs in rather than requiring hard wiring make it a winner for a rental unit where wiring is impractical.
