Easy to swallow gelatin capsules
After taking this Milk Thistle for one week I have no complaints at all!! Comes tightly sealed with an inside cap seal. Easily digestible and leaves no after taste at all. The gelatin capsules are easy to swallow although they are a pretty large size. The true test will be after taking an entire bottle of them but they sure don't cause any uncomfortable side effects yet. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review. Sofar...so good!!

I won't drink again without these
I don't think I will ever drink again without taking this. I recently went on a vacation with an unlimited drink package so I had an opportunity to try out this and a few other products. Honestly, anything with milk thistle, prickly pear, and oriental raisin works for me, but I found my preferred method (considering price of product, ease of use, taste, etc) to be taking two milk thistle and two prickly pear spread throughout the night. These milk thistle come in capsules which go down easy and didn't cause me any intestinal distress or burps. I did always take my first one with food though, and my second one was a little while later with a drink. I expected to just have a decrease in hangover symptoms, but every morning I felt as if I didn't drink at all. I had three other people in my party and we all took this milk thistle and had the same positive experience. At $20 for 30 nights (if you take two each night), that's less than $1 per night to not feel like garbage the next day. Totally worth it.
