First missing 1 spoke, so I had to eliminate 1 shelf. Not even a month later, just looked at it and now it’s leaning over to the side like the Leaning Tower of Piza! The seams on the plastic shelves came apart when I pushed the bars through to make the shelf. Flimsy, cheap materials!!! Giving thisproduct 1 Star for shippingUPDATE: paid $24.99 for this item, Amazon reimbursed $10 and get this, want the item back as well!!!! Amazon, I am quite shocked!!!!!!

Initially I really liked the rack. I've had it for a year and a half. But all of a sudden it collapsed, with the bottom shelf bending, causing the system to tilt over. I was able to remove the bottom shelf and continue to use the unit with the canvas case dragging on the ground. It doesn't look as nice now and holds a few less pairs of shoes. Pretty bummed it couldn't handle the weight of my summer shoes (sandals and flip flops) that I had kept in it for storage. Another of the plastic connectors is cracked so it's only a matter of time until it breaks more. Definitely wouldn't buy again.

Ok so i love the shoe rack it took a moment to put together but all in all really enjoy it. I do not however appreciate that they hit picture from me so i could not show my friends what i bought and at how much because i was going to order one for sons room and mine too and cant see color choices so now instead of buying 3 i only have the one but that is on them. I just put it together yesterday why would i write a review before putting it together and i did buy the item its not a try it and give us feedback i bought it so rack awsome hounding you for feedback before u get it at your door not so much. Seriously dont block the product from showing up on my account it is major creepy and upsetting.

Nice but cheap. Not sturdy at all. But if u stand it somewhere where there’s not going to be a lot of movement then u should be fine. Mine sits in a corner and is really pretty. The zippers are cheap, so I don’t do too much up n down with it. As I can imagine that if the zipper go, the thing would be pointless to have because the shoes would all show. So be gentle with it. The material is cheap and very flimsy. But it is very nice to look at and store shoes in. I would buy again and use it gently. Good buy for the price.

Easy to put together. I love how you can cover the mess because I will definitely be stuffing a million pairs of shoes in this thing. But if you want them to sit comfortably and aesthetically pleasing, it’s 3 pairs per row, 9 rows. :) I even took pictures. Not sure why it’s not letting me post them.

Surprisingly sturdy for what it is, no you pry can't put heavy items on it, but for shoes it's great! Tore the cover installing it, gotta be careful. Not really the brown color I was expecting, it's chocolate brown. Cleaned up the entry, can open both doors now.

I've ordered these before good for shoes. However the bottom shelf was missing on my order. Please be careful when ordering. Make sure all the items are accounted for when you receive them.

The shelving splits while putting the rack together. I paid around $17 and for that price I don’t mind. After a few weeks it went up to $25.99. Easy to assemble and the cover is great.
