Es un buen producto solo hay que darle tiempo y consumir las 4 capsulas por día, al principio consumi 2 capsulas al día pero no veía ningún resultado luego incremente la dosis a 2 por la mañana y 2 por la tarde, después de 2 semanas si empecé a notar resultados no muy evidentes, empecé a sentirme ligeramente mejor, todavía estoy consumiendolo más adelante actualizare mi reseña
