GEAR4 Crystal Palace Designed for Samsung Galaxy S20 Case, Advanced Impact Protection by D3O - Clear

I almost didn't buy this case due to negative reviews about opening it and also it quickly looking frayed. In the end I decided to go for it because I had had the comparable case for my old S7 and found it excellent.I haven't had a problem with either of the issues mentioned above. The case is quick and easy to open and still looks pristine.The clip for closing is an improvement on the old magnetic closure when you use the case as a stand, as the phone rests snugly against it. However, personally I preferred the magnetic closure on previous cases as it was good for keeping the case neatly against the back of the phone when the phone is in use, and I use my phone like that a lot more than I use it with the stand.Compared to the S7 version it doesn't fit quite as snugly on the left hand side of the phone, but I think that's more down to the design of the S20 than the case, as the screen goes further to the edge of the phone and obviously the case can't be covering that up.I haven't dropped my phone with the case on yet, but have no reason to think that it won't protect the phone as well as other cases from this brand have done previously.

Unfortunately this does not fit the Samsung S20 FE mobile phone even though Amazon search brings it up, even when you type Samsung S20 FE case this shows up most likely searching for S20 cases. But this doesn't fit it's too small as this fits the S20 which has a 6.2" screen the S20 FE has a 6.5" screen.Sending back for a refund

Lovely case, especially when paired with a pink phone. A couple months on however, there are loads of minor scratches in the iridescent layer. Doesn't stop the phone from being protected though and that's more important but a bit disappointing considering the price.

I loved the previous incarnations of this case, but this plastic catch is made of the wrong material so cannot tolerate being undone a dozen times a day and has broken off. I preferred the magnetic version.I've also found the webbing across the hinge has started to fray. The case is less than 2 months old.

I have bought the respective Gear4 Oxford case for my last three Samsung phones and been very satisfied the first two times but this case is of much lower quality than the previous two. I bought this on November 23rd and 4 months later the fabric on the back of the case began to detach and unravel in various places which was not ideal but did not impact the case too significantly. Today however the clip holding the case shut has snapped off and it is basically useless. I am apparently outside of the 3 month window for sending back but as I have only had the case for 4 months I feel that this is extremely poor overall.

These cases are probably the best I've own, very strong, only issue I've had with them after bo 2 years the side started peeling but then i sent it back and got a brand new one, which it comes with a life time guarantee, I've dropped my phone many time and its never effected my phone!!!

Gear 4 D30 cases are awesome, used them on every phone ive had for atleast the last 5 years and have saved my phone so many times. I currently have an S10 Note plus and I dropped it onto concrete getting out of my car, phone fine slight mark to case.D30 was on dragons den a few years ago and the technology it uses is unlike any other case. (The material changes form when it is under impact stopping the impacting damage your phone.Basically good case.

Decent case. will withstand impact very well. It may be expensive but this case will last you well over a year. This was for the wife but I've had mine 18 months.
