I love this book because each day it tells you how to handle grief. It is Bible based and has a passage everyday with a prayer. I highly recommend this book and the program that gone with this book.

This devo is pretty surface level, the scripture sometimes applies to what the author is saying and sometimes is out of context (or seemingly). It has been helpful but I don’t think I would recommend or re-read. But there have been sone helpful parts it’s just probably not the best devo in grief on the market

This book talks of so many feelings I’ve had since my husband died. It has been so helpful to me. I’ve bought several and given away to others I know who has lost loved ones

Great devotional. Went through a Grief Share class before Christmas and this book keep me in the word through th holidays.

My best friends mama passed away and I sent her this book. She thanked me and seemed like she really needed it, like the book came at just the right time. I feel like In times of mourning and death we need to draw our hearts closer to our Lord and savior for that comfort and peace that only He can give us. And this devotional is that nudge to Him. If you feel like your being called to send this book to a loved one who has lost someone don’t hesitate just do it! I have lost my mother, son, father and all of my grandparents. This book has helped me take baby steps in my life..I have been so comforted by it that I've bought it for other people..

Someone gave me this book 14 years ago after my husband passed. I could only handle small portions of reading. These were perfect! Short, comforting an a scripture to hang on to for the day! I purchase this now for others that are grieving.

Great help for anyone who is in any stage of grief.... I found it particularly useful as I was grieving the loss of a loved one who was actually still here but facing the inevitable.. gives great new perspectives and describes the stages in the journey of grief...

Absolutely outstanding book. I wish that I had read it a year ago. Very practical, very insightful. It is written entirely from a Christian perspective. Highly recommended for anyone working through grief over the loss of a loved one.Since I first stumbled on this book I've bought several more copies to give to other people going through grief over the loss of a loved one. It really is an outstanding resource.

My good friend gave me this book when I lost my son in accident. It really helps me dealing with the pain of losing my son. It is so good that I often read a few pages in one day instead of one page a day. After I finished reading the whole book, now I read it one page a day. Any questions, problems, grieving process I have are covered in this book. Many contributors in this book lose their loved one, too, so they know what they are talking about. Each page tells us their experience, the bible verse that support them plus a short prayer for us to deal with our grieving. I love this book so much, I bought some to be given away to people that just lost their loved one. I really recommend this book.
