Bought this for my husband as I have one and he loved mine. Comfortable, takes the stress out of pedalling uphill.

Not happy with this item there is no information on battery how long it should last I am having to charge it after short up hill cycle no information on line in fact Can not find this bike on line any more

Works fine but no after sales service.Had problem with controller couldn't get any helpful reply from manufacturer during warranty period .I managed to fix it myself at my cost.

Purchased this item in June 2020 and must say fantastic product, very easy to assemble And ride, the customer service team Is 100% reliable thanks again Macwheel.Good luck on the next Products.

Comes fitted with a none UK plug -The bike make a loud noise when going up hills feels like the motor is struggling, unable to get and answers from customer support

Delivery was early. Packaging was sturdy and easy remove. Toolset was useful but ended up using my own tools as some of the nuts and fastening were tight. The quality of the product was better than I expected for the price point. I was wary due to earlier chinese made products, but MacWheel seem to have produced a good quality bike, with a solid feel. Instruction book came in 4 languages but not English, however i used the youtube videos to see the build process. The charger plug came with a Euro 2 pin plug, but any other 3 way connection will work , so not a problem. Limited road test but initial impression are impressive, hills are a breeze and the flat cruising speed was a comfortable 12mph + For a city bike it is an impressive option, and a good value bike.

It serves purpose for me.I would have preferred one with front suspension.
