Like the mattress
Really like the mattress but took forever to get over a month with several calls. Tracking would show shipped on Amazon but using the tracking number for shipper on their web site would show nothing

Sink hole within a month of ownership
First off, let me say that I am a back sleeper. My wife sleeps on her side. I am 190 pounds and my wife is 120. Within a month, this mattress developed a “sink hole” where I sleep. For $1400 this should NOT happen. I did a lot of research as this was a big purchase for us, but in the end, it need up being the same quality as our previous $400-800 mattresses-in-a-box. Amazon, however, was VERY helpful with the return (as always). I’m now on the hunt for better.

Definitely firm not medium
We tried the medium in the store and ordered online, definitely not the same feel. It is a good mattress though. And my husband is happy because he prefers firm. I am the one who likes medium. Just know, it is firm, not medium. Overall good mattress, just mis-advertised.

Firm but soft.
Paying the extra money for a good bed pays off in the long run. Is it really worth $2000? Who knows, but it's better than anything else out there.

My back was finally saved!
Best mattress so far. Tipped the delivery guy extra to bring it in. Saved 600 bucks by buying it here on Amazon compared to the local store I visited. Wouldn’t price match so thanks but no thanks local store with a door.

Medium firmness??
Medium firmness is more like sleeping on a rock. If you want any softness don’t get the medium firmness.
