I got a large size and it has been perfect for daily trips into the garden piling in produce to bring back to the kitchen. Many times I make two trips but that is fine as many items are more delicate and you don’t want to pile too deeply and bruise your vegetables. The weave of the basket is fantastic and strong. Mine was sweet smelling from the grass used. The handle is quality and comfy in the hand. I was delighted with the color I got- it is a fun surprise to see when you open your package. I wet mine down and it took shape perfectly for me. Definitely one of my most used tools!

I didn’t have to wet this basket to shape it. It was easy to shape very colorful and pretty. It held small items a bottle of wine and snacks.

It's beautiful, colorful, and arrived fully formed, even though I was expecting it to be flattened. It seems sturdy. I haven't used it yet.

So.... yes, I know, the color the baskets come in will be a surprise but I am so disappointed I the colors I got. Ordered two baskets and hoped for fun bright colors as in the photos but the two baskets I received look so “muddy” and not what I would ever have picked. Wished I had not ordered them. Bummer, because they do seem cute and nicely made overall.

Ordered this basket as my egg basket, works great, and I love the colors. I shaped it with some water like the directions said, but still has its own character to it, I love the character and imperfections that make it unique.Looking forward to it holding up to many years of holding eggs and such, as needed. Great quality and a great way to support trade workers around the world.The basket has three dozen eggs in it.

I purchased 2 baskets for my kiddo and emailed the seller on a Thursday asking if they’d be able to send me baskets that had bright pink, lime and turquoise colors in them. I also asked if there was any way the baskets could be send any sooner. The estimated delivery date was approx 1 week or more from when I ordered. I was hoping for Easter Sunday (wishful thinking!) but I didn’t mention it to the seller. To my surprise, I received the baskets in the colors I wanted and 2 days later, today, a Saturday, just in time for Easter Sunday, tomorrow!!! The seller likely figured I needed these for Easter. Oh my gosh!!! Plus the seller threw in an extra basket...SO thoughtful! I love them! They’re bright, colorful and cute. And I am superduper happy and grateful. Thank you for my beautiful baskets and the speedy delivery!!! African Home Goods, you are the BEST💖.

The item arrived sooner than expected. That was nice but I was prepared to wait a bit to get the basket I asked for. Instead of the colors requested, I received the aqua and green basket. Although the colors are beautiful, I was disappointed that I did not get the colors I requested by email. Ah well, I hope the gift recipient w/ very particular tastes will like the color combo. Gaps on the edges along with the crooked shape make the basket appear less well-crafted. So far the basket holds a few heavier items so it seems very sturdy. The small basket will work for smaller Easter baskets and for carrying a few pieces of fruit at the Farmer's Market. I will buy larger baskets from a different seller for additional gifts.

I was super pleased all 3 baskets I ordered were perfectly matched to the people I intend on gifting them to. For a random selection the ones I recieved are so perfect it's like I personally picked them out. Much appreciation to the person that picked those ones great choices mate! A note to others they ship flat super easy to reshape tho. I'll definitely order more of these baskets .... I really do love them. I have a large basket and a long handled basket already and they constantly see usage there's a small community of folks with one where I live... it's funny but so many conversations about how awesome these baskets are. They get used from laundry baskets to market baskets to picnic baskets.
