The item came earlier than expected, good quality, had a little issue with has been promptly solved by the sellers. Recommended.

Was a birthday gift, Very poor quality the material is very poor on this bag the zip is extremely hard to open and close constantly getting stuck on the material & can tell it will not be long before it is broken definitely not worth the money.

I got this bag for my 9 year old daughter (who is a huge chad wild clay fan)for her birthday and she was delighted with it. It came with a matching pencil case and messenger bag which are lovely too. The rucksack has bottle holder pouches at each side which is great bottles of water for school.

Brilliant quality and my daughter loves it! Definitely buy again!

When this product first arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with it, however after a few weeks of using it the straps started to fray and the zips have broken beyond repair.

I purchased this in September and gave it to my daughter as part of her Christmas presents. She only used the bigger bag twice before one zip broke off the bag. The second zip broke the week after. Very disappointed in the quality of the product. In order to fix the bag the whole zip will have to replaced.

Don’t bother! Bad quality, 1st zip broke on first day of use and 2nd zip broke just after 30 days. Should have retuned earlier
