Love this little aluminum brief case. Very well made and really holds a lot. When I brought it. It was priced for $19 . I went back to order one for each of my sisters and the price had jumped to $38 . Can you lower the price back to $19??

there is a sticker that’s reads, “this product may contain chemical/s known to the state of california to cause cancer and birth defects. what is it? and should i be concerned. is there a way to neutralize it. i’m sure i’m overthinking it but just want to understand why this sticker is here in the first place
