The box it comes in is a bit weird but the product is brilliant I suffer with arthritis and get terrible back pain so to have heat on the go is just fab and it gets hot - which is what you need.The vibrate setting is ok but really loud! You wouldn't want to use it in public! 🤣I'm definitely going to get a lot of use out of this as I will be able to take it to work.Charges quickly and easily - read the instructions carefully!10/10 definitely reccomend this product

I am sadly allergic to painkillers and my periods are bad. I also get ovulation pain. I use microwaveable beanbags normally but they lose heat within an hour and it is hard to keep them in place while you’re trying to sleep so I thought I would give this a go. The pros:- it stays in place really well, no matter what position I am in- I have been using it on the lowest heat against my skin for the past 4 hours, it does not burn your skin, if you are worried about this, you can wear it above your tshirt- it is quite thin (see photo) so I can easily wear it at work under a baggy jumper which could be a life saverThe cons:- the heat is kind of pulsating, it comes on every thirty seconds and then switches off after a few seconds. The pad is kept relatively warm between the pulses of heat but it is not evenly the same temperature.- the pad is only on for 30 minutes, then it automatically switches off. This is a big issue for me because this was my problem with the bean bags as well. You have to keep waking up when then heat stops and you don’t get a good night sleep.- the switch is touch sensitive. This is really annoying when you are in bed and asleep. I like to lie on the stomach while I’m in pain to apply pressure and heat, this seems to work for me, but I’m not sure if I will be able to do this with the pad on.Overall good product, better than the alternatives but could be majorly improved.

I desperately wanted this to work and I guess I could argue it did, in the sense that I was so distracted by the burning that I momentarily forgot about the pain of my period. I only wore it for 5 mins. The vibration is weak, but sounds like a vibrator from the 90’s...can’t help wondering if whoever designed this found this kind of burning a fetish...each to their own...but there’s no excuse for that noise unless accompanied by extraordinary pleasure...it was not pleasant).Back to the device itself. It heated up instantly I had it on level one. I kept checking as it was unbearably hot. I thought I was being dramatic so I waited 5 mins but couldn’t take it anymore. I took it off and whilst the picture is not clear enough. I have had to use an ice pack, then cover my tummy in cream to soothe the burning and ironically all on the advice from a medical professional take pain relief. I have little white blisters under the surface of my skin. It will pass. But never again.I wish this had worked.Just to note, it is expected to have a little redness as there is heat. But for me it’s needed treatment.I CAN however recommend ABFlex...it’s meant to be a muscle toning belt but...there is a cupping programme on it that is sooo useful. It’s 30 mins of bliss.... no burn, no vibrator sound. For me it works fab on level 15 or above but I have recommended it to friends and they have said anything from 5-10 is good for them. But it’s a supposed muscle toner so keep that in mind as overworked muscles and period pains....not great!It’s not the greatest picture but over a week later and I still have burn marks where I put this belt. I would never recommend.

This is good but by no means perfect. It is very loud and the clip comes out if you aren’t careful and it really hurts if it pops out and gets your finger (learnt the hard way). It seems the best out of the options I looked at but could be improved, especially as although it’s not expensive, it’s certainly not cheap.

It was the great timing that I received this 2 days before my period. I usually suffered from period pain that disturbed my life a lot. But this heat pad gave me an awesome massage which is really relieved my pain. It’s easy to use, I even did not have to check the manual. The package is really lovely as well, good to be a gift. I would rely on it unless I get pregnant next month😉

Love the simplicity of this product. Heats up in seconds and fits unnoticeable under clothing. My daughter loves it.

This thing is amazing. I am really pleased with the looks of it and the functionality. Easy to use and very thin and discreet under my shirt which allows me to work instead of laying in bed dying of cramps with a corded heating pad stuck to the wall. So far I only use the lowest setting. I can't believe how hot this little thing gets. I didn't think I would need or ever use the vibration but it actually kind of feels nice. Never thought to put vibration on cramps. Its a little loud but it's not as loud as some people described. I've heard louder lol. Anyway, I've charged it up and used it three times already and it lasts a really long time!For the price of this adorable, fashionable looking thin little device I am super happy.

Aunque tuve problemas tras el primer uso, ahora creo que fue debido a que yo pulsaba de forma inadecuada los botones.Ahora ya me funciona de maravilla siempre, y me sirve de alivio para dolores en varias zonas de la espalda y del abdomen.En vista de ello, le doy 5 estrellas.
