Hi, chair arrived today and have assembled. A couple of points to consider...If you get a chair with arms there are no instructions and you are supplied with multiple screws and washers - you don’t need 90% of them and you have to guess which ones are needed.The arms make the seat narrow, I ordered as it said above average seat size but with arms it is quite narrow.Overall instruction is limited and nothing for the arms, but quality seems OK and it is reasonably comfortable if you get rid of the arms.Overall going to take 24 hours to decide if I am going to return because of the size.Last point box arrived damaged but contents inside were OK.

The padded retractable arm rests are not worth the extra they are not fixed or screwed to the arm just clipped in and they continually fall off if inadvertently knocked or pushed, I have resorted to taking the arms off entirely and using the chair without them.

One or two minor niggles: the back should go lower so that the inflatable support can be in the best place - mine seems to put pressure on my kidneys.But the arms fittings & instructions, by being "Universal", were awful. They of course have loads of unnecessary bolts etc., so wasteful, didn't include my arms part number - so I had to trial & error, had no clear pictures with parts numbers to help identify the correct bits to use (Just put a clear illustration for each different variation, thank you) and OBLONG WASHERS - WTaF! It was at that point I learned several new ways to swear, even though I'd recently moved house.

Originally the chair was great for 4 weeks, then the internal adjustment system (which comes pre made) started to fail. A replacement part came out (entire adjustment system again pre built) a few months later and the same failure happens. Was told it’s common, now getting no where with the issue. Wouldn’t recommend, not worth the hassle

this chair is described as ergonomic and "physio approved" - it's OK but not brilliant. It seems quite basic for the price. It arrived with a damaged part and no instructions for fitting the arms. I was promised a replacement part but still waiting nearly 3 weeks later. There's a bag of screws, washers etc (loads of them) but absolutely no instructions. I was told that the instructions would be emailed to me but still waiting. The seat tilts just a tiny bit for those of us with back problems.
