Decent for the price. I enjoy the flavor - not too strong or sweet. Perfect to drink during workouts.

The powder tasted great and it helped with keeping the gains that I was getting from the gym stay in tact and I felt good after taking them. Definitely had to make sure to take during your workout or if you're not working that day to take it during the course of the day so the work you did in the gym doesn't go to waste. It's not a product that gives immediate results but by taking it, you will see the improvement over time. Definitely recommend!

I'm relatively new to working out, so when I complete a workout, my body aches EVERYWHERE! I started using this in hopes of not being as sore so that I can function a bit better throughout the day. I went and worked out recently and drank this throughout the workout. Haven't been in nearly as much pain from soreness lately. The flavor on this is pretty good as well. It does have a weird aftertaste, but the flavor is pretty good. It does have a sticky, chalky texture, so it's a little tougher to mix without the help of a shaker bottle or spoon. I'm enjoying it so far and will update later as I test it out more.

This stuff is amazing. The quality is amazing and the taste is even better. Mixed so easily. I go through a tub a week. No more soreness after lifting weights. And it’s sugar free so no worries. It will help you consume enough water daily.

味については多分500だと濃いと思って倍で薄めたら丁度いい感じでした。今後に期待ですが記載されている画像とは違うスプーンでした。マイナーチェンジですか?
