It is a wedge but didn't help me. I found it hard and uncomfortable but that's not to say it wasn't as advertised. it's a wedge if fairly hard foam which didnt help me sadly

This is a nice wedge pillow but isn’t as wide as normal pillows so when you put your pillows on top you can fall down either side. I found it a little low for what I needed it for but it still helped to relieve Some of my pain.

Highly recommended tell me to sleep well.And you can breathe smoothly and no more neck pain.

This has helped me so much, very firm and supportive. Can flip for a steeper angle.

Very comfortable for back sleeping, found it aggravated my shoulder a bit when sleeping on my side. Overall good quality and size.

I used this product for acid reflux, it does give the support but I did find it took me a few nights to get used to it.

I got this wedge to sleep more upright to stop my snoring. It is of course not a magical solution, and it is a bit on the small side, but I reckon if one needs bigger, one needs to shell out more for it. My sleep quality is pretty much the same as before, and I seem to snore about the same amount (but that is not necessarily the fault of this product). To be clear, I docked one star because it is a bit smaller than expected.
