Everything I buy form Royal B Essentials is an excellent quality. Same as royal jelly CoQ10 capsules are 100% natural and I can take them on an empty tummy without feeling sick . I have been taking CoQ10 for around 6 months with little breaks - my tummy is flatter without changing my diet (I eat healthy but can’t help myself when it comes to chocolate...:) my skin is glowing and have much more energy. CoQ10 Capsules contains royal jelly but as the price is very reasonable I still take take both just to keep myself feeling super young and healthy!

When I received this tiny bottle of capsules I was surprised at just how few capsules there are and for the price it’s not worth it. I thought it was good as it contains Coq10 + royal jelly but you are better off getting 2 separate with more capsules for the same price.I returned for a refund as I thought it is not made clear about the number of capsules in the container it was not mentioned in the description it is only shown in 1 photo, this may have been rectified now.

This is a top tier supplement! As someone who doesn’t often take supplements, this is one that I completely agree with. The increased metabolism is a real talking point and so beneficial while everyone’s stuck at home during covid 19, it’s so easy to eat rubbish and get carried away but gladly I’ve lost more than I’ve gained. My skin is also in a much better condition than before taking CoQ10 and that’s always welcomed.

With these things it’s hard to tell but I believe that they have worked well for me and sure if I’m thinking that, sure isn’t it much the same. Mind over matter like a placebo effect in a funny sorta way. I’m definitely gonna keep buying them for awhile now anyway thanks!
