Some tahini's are thick and difficult to work with. A tahini should be runny which is how this one presents. It is delicious and I love to pour some over my salad!

This brand of Tahini is the best and freshest tasting I have ever had.It is not only creamy but nutritious and versatile. I made a spread of the tahini with stevia and cinnamon and served it on paleo crackers - it was delish. The tahini tastes great as salad dressing unlike any store-bought dressing I've had. On the spur-of-the moment, I mixed fresh-squeezed lemon juice, stevia and Himalayan salt in the tahini. This tahini is addictive and it is tempting to buy more on a regular basis if not for the high price.On a day I am feeling adventurous, I am going to improvise with the tahini and create a swirl butter with organic raw cacao powder, organic coconut oil and stevia. It will be fun to see how it turns out - hopefully, not as sweet or have as many calories as Trader Joe's Cookie and Cocoa Swirl butter I tasted.

Outstanding taste and freshness, but wish it were cheaper, still, goes a long way. I am giving it 4 stars for one reason only, which is the price in contrast to the amount of sesame butter in comparison to other brands. I'm not sure it this is fair, perhaps the company can comment on why their product is more expensive that other Tahini butters.Also, I like other brands of Tahini, but haven't done the research yet on whether or not it's sprouted. I always buy organic. But, sprouted would be good, more digestible.I use it to make humus, and haven't used it for anything else.

Taste good, but wish it was a little thicker.

Buy at your own risk-super addictive. I know a good Tahini when I taste it as my background is of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern descent. I can't believe this came in a jar ready to go. So, fresh and creamy. You can just taste the superior quality of the Sesame.As a raw vegan food consumer (100%) every little ingredient stands either for better or worse when on an all plant-based diet as the taste buds are more "alert" so to speak. I love to use this as a base in my coconut paleowraps along with a bit of ACV and lemon flavored veggies and guacamole.

Perfect for my tahini. Glad to have found this, even though it is kind of pricey. Wish it came in an economy size--I go through these little jars quickly.
