Ya'll this book! Dead! This was my first read from A. Jade but it most definitely will not be my last! I stayed up way too late, ignored my family & devoured this book. My angsty loving..bully romance reading heart is so happy right now💙. Cruel Prince checked all the boxes for me! SO GOOD!Jace; hard to love, alpha, bully..... Dylan; one-of-a kind, fierce, sassy...Together these two were 🔥🔥🔥 The constant back and forth..the will they? won't they?..had me putting my kindle down to walk away for minute a few times (so I didn't launch it across the room) because Jace & Dylan were STUBBORN! The slow burn was real with these two! This was a story jam packed full of some really emotional heartbreaking topics, secrets, some really sweet sweet bits & a cast of AHMAZING secondary characters; I really couldn't get enough of this book & I cannot wait to see where we go next at Royal Hearts Academy. 💙

Not the a-hole I was expecting.Ashley Jade has once again outdone herself. Cruel Prince made me laugh out loud and cry so hard my heart hurt.I went into this expecting Jace to be the biggest a-hole I’ve ever read, but instead found him to be angry and misinformed but also utterly broken with the weight of the world on his shoulders. This may have been the first time I’ve ever connected more with the male protagonist over the female. I could feel his pain coming off the pages I read.Dylan is everything I’ve come to expect from this author and everything I love in a heroine. She is independent and fierce yet still maintains her vulnerability. I was rooting for her from the very beginning.Cole, Bianca, Oakley, and Sawyer!!!! Some of the best side characters I’ve ever come across. Oakley is oddly sexy in a “ew, but .... maybe??” Sort of way. Bianca is a firecracker that I can’t wait to see go off. Sawyer is just so ‘good’ that I want to see more more more in maybe ...another ...book??? Hmmm And Cole! Probably the biggest a-hole of the bunch.... DIBS!

The author says...this is not your regular Ashley Jade story. This is New Adult. It's unusual for Ashley Jade. And maybe it is...I mean, yes it IS different for her...but then again...it is TOTALLY her. Cruel Prince is an extremely well written, thought out story that breaks your heart over and over and over again. Mean Girls meets 10 Things I Hate About you meets Cruel Intentions is how I'd describe this story. Jace is the man you have to hate but can't help falling for...he is the perfect jerk (I have a different word to describe him but pretty sure my review would get bounced). And Jace isn't the only one who is cruel. There is alot to to this story and as much as I want to get into it in my review...other readers really need to enjoy the story for everything it is. There is some darkness, there is some angst, there is some sexy time, there are some secrets...there's a whole hell of alot of pain...and there is...BRING ME BOOK 2 right now LOL. Another amazing story by Ashley Jade and probably one of my top bullying books ever.

Wow! This story is amazing. I love the characters, they all have a uniqueness between them. This book is everything Ashley, said it was and more. The pressure of being a high school student who have to deal with the ugliness of others is heartbreaking. This story is totally emotional, with all that happens in it, you will have some tears appear.Cruel Prince is about Jace Covington, and how he feels about his town Royal Manor and the people in it. He think they are the worst kind of people and want to make them suffer for what happens to his sibling. But when he finds out that his best friend Dylan might be involved, he becomes the biggest A-hole Royal Manor has ever seen.Being bullied or being a bully is not nice. No one knows what anyone is going through and to be mistreated for entertainment, is repulsive. This story hit some dark triggers but it's an awesome read.

Ashley Jade has written her best book yet! And she has some AHMAZING books out there!!!This book had me emotional! Lol and tearing up...cursing at a character, loving and applauding another...and kept me guessing just to blow my mind!Cruel Prince is addicting! Get your fluids and snacks..you're not gonna want to put this book down! The Royal Hearts Academy characters and Ashley Jade's writing will suck you in and won't let go!Cruel Prince is a standalone...and i am anxiously awaiting the rest of the series!A. Jade hit it outta the park with Cruel Prince!

I couldn't stop reading this book, hooked from chapter one and needed to know how the story would end.Since this story is a true Ashley Jade 's book, there was twists that I didn't see coming and I cannot wait for the next book in the series.I highly recommend this story, because Ashley never ever disappoints. ❤Congratulations on your newest series and release! ❤I received an Advanced Readers Copy (ARC) and in return I am giving you my honest opinion about this incredible story. Cruel Prince was everything! It gave you the ultimate gamete of emotions. You truly felt the highs and the lows of these characters. I was not expecting to shed some tears on this one. I literally had to slam my kindle closed for a few moments and compose myself since I was in public. Just WOW!Jace dang dude he was harsh and cruel! However don’t tell anyone I loved every moment when he was on the page! Dylan good grief can this chick catch a break! I so admired her strength. As always Ashely does not give you fluff side characters. Every single person who she writes are fully developed and intriguing. Oakley I want to just chill with. I know Cole is going to do a number on my heart. Sawyer is like another kindred spirit character to me.Some take aways. I love pineapple and pepperoni pizza. It may be awhile before I can eat a slice of that. I went to a concert the night after I read this. It was not outside but for the first time in a while I danced like no one was watching just like Dylan. I needed that! Thank you!

And in young teenage boy fashion he rejects her feelings and pursues her nemesis instead, making Dylan feel even worse.Then out of the blue Dylan's Father tells her that they're moving away due to a new, higher paid job.Four years later Dylan's back in town. Living with her Aunt (her Mother's sister) Due to her Father being in jail. And to her horror she's to attend the same school she left. It has memories of Jace. She wanted to attend the public high school. But her Uncle wouldn't budge.She's never gotten over Jace. Even though she messaged him and never heard anything from him.Jace is out for revenge after tragedy strikes his family. After losing his little brother he's determined to be there for his other younger siblings.When Jace finds out that Dylan's back, he's out for revenge. Wow!!! This story was really good and even though the book was big, it was such a page turner... I just didn't want to finish it and at the same time, i wanted to find what the hell was happening after all!!!The only sure here is that the Convington siblings are huge pricks!! All of them!!! And imagine that one of them is a girl!!! But still... It's impossible to not win you over eventually!!!Dylan and Jace were used to be best friends...Dylan after four years away, she is turning back town and she is craving to reconnect for once again with her former best friend and love of her life...Unfortunately, the things has dramatically changed around there...And her best friend is miles apart from the boy that she used to know...A boy that once upon a time was holding only love into his eyes for her, and now, only hatred you can see...As you can understand, Jace has so much hatred toward Dylan and he is determined to chase her away from town very soon...So, she is making all these ugly things to her to bully and humiliate her...But Dylan is a strong girl and she knows how to hold her own...Well, honestly, i really don't know what to say more...The general idea of the book is that, but still there were many things that were playing out on the background...Too many things... Things that were keeping you on the edge all the darn time...There were lies and secrets surrounding them... Things that tore them apart and maybe it's impossible for them to find their way back to each other...Literally, i wanted to punch Jace more than a hundrend times while i was reading the story... And honestly, i couldn't get why he was holding such hatred toward Dylan whom didn't do anything more than to love him from the first moment...Yeah, now i get it, but still.. he was soooo cruel!!!! A cruel prince indeed...Dylan was a wonderful character... I loved how she was handling all the ugly things that Jace was throwing at her all the darn time, but still... when he was close to her, she could be a pouty in his hands...Arrr!!!! But she was so naive!!! So naive and sooo clueless...I hated that she was so trusting toward people that were anything but trustworthy!!!!Well, those two were fitting so perfectly together, even though the situation was rocky between them...But i hated how they had rely to some infos that someone else told them and they didn't talk... Discussion, guys!!! A thing that could do you really good, before all this madness and heartbreak!!!

...Dylan has to move back to where she originally grew up (yes Dylan is a girl!) She's nowhere else to go when her aunt steps in and brings her to live with her and with only 1year of school left, it doesn't seem so bad. Plus she'll get to meet up with her childhood best friend/first love!!......until it becomes very clear he hates her! His brother and sister also despise her and considering they're top dogs at school, she becomes an outcast. But Dylan bows to no-one and she's not going to let them destroy her....Jace has a lot to deal with, he's had to grow up before his time and for some reason, blames a lot of that on Dylan. I do feel for him, however I'm with Sawyer (Dylan's new bestie - I love her!!!) “I swear half the world’s problems would be solved if people would just learn to communicate”.... #Truth!!All on all, a good read. It had me glued to my screen, I just had to know what happens next!!Can't wait to read more .....4.5

I have been looking forward to this book so much and it is fabulous! Well written, fantastic characters, great world building, angst, love, banter, the intensity of feeling we experience when attracted to someone and the cruelty that our fellow humans can inflict for their own entertainment and satisfaction, are all superbly captured in this fast moving read. There are no wasted words; no wasted opportunities to develop the plot and the characters; no wasted opportunities to draw you in and immerse you in this world.Dylan is fabulous. I love Sawyer, Oakley and Cole. It took me a bit longer with Jace, but trusted that Ashley would get me there..and she did! This has been a fantastic read. I have loved it and am now champing at the bit to read Cruel Knight!! 💖💖💖💖💖

What a ride I throughly enjoyed Jace and Dylan’s storyDylan and Jace are best friends until Dylan has to leave with her family for her fathers new job 5 years later Dylan is back in town for her senior year what will happen when she crosses paths with Jace?I absolutely loved jace and Dylan’s characters their chemistry was off the charts this story was a whirlwind of emotions and it will have your heart flipping at the end with their HEAIf you like friends/enemies to lovers romance then I strongly recommend you read this book I couldn’t put this book down and I can’t wait to read coles storyFIVE STARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
