I used this pre and post partum and I felt relief for my cramps and it also helped me sleep. I took these sublingual. It has an earthy taste. It was recommended by my midwife and it’s a good value for the quantity.

Various skullcap tinctures have been used over the past 4 or 5 years. The Herb Pharm taste is rather sweet according to my taste buds. I prefer the alcohol free version, but it is not always easy to find. I wish other tinctures I take could be this agreeable in taste.

In the past, I've bought the smaller (1 oz) version of this and liked it so much that I decided to switch to this large version. However, when i tried it I immediately noticed that it's far less concentrated than what you get in the 1 oz version. The taste was about half as strong. It seems to have been diluted with water, which is disappointing considering the price.All that said, it definitely helps calming my anxiety and gives me some relief from sore muscles. But because of the strength, it's less effective than the smaller bottle.

I really like this brand alot, and this product is so helpful when you just have that brain that will not shut off with the million thoughts rattling around. Highly recommend.
