Great Hair Mask; Drying On Skin
I've used this on my hair a couple of times now and was very pleased with the results on my Type 4 hair!!! I would categorize it as clarifying without being drying. My hair looked and felt amazing after rinsing it out. I've seen people talk about it being messy, but the process is only as messy as you make it.. Obviously, the amount of hair you have makes a big difference there as well. My current plan is to use it once every 4-6 weeks to keep down buildout.I note that this is drying if used as a face mask, but still gave it 5 stars, because I think a clay mask being drying on your skin is a given... Plus, that isn't my primary use. I just gave it a try because I had some leftover that was already mixed..

Tips
Its something you need to play around with until you figure out what its best use is for you. So far almost everyone has benefited. For me I originally bought to use instead of a shampoo. Whether its used with water or vinegar it is not a great mix. My hair was think and full for sure! But it just left a weird feel to it, kind of greasy and I just hated touching my hair. However, I have found that using the clay with either water or vinegar (I like vinegar) along with a tiny bit of my shampoo I get the thickness and volume as well as a clean feel! I use the clay and vinegar together and wash my hair and halfway between washing it out I add tiny amount of shampoo. If you are trying to avoid shampoo it sucks but its honestly the best I have found so far, try getting an organix brand one (I use biotin one) and I promise you won't have to even use too much of it. My hair has never felt or looked so great!Another great use is as a mask. I mix it with vinegar to get a paste and spread on my skin. With any mask, overnight is the only way I really see a difference and with this my pores looked less noticeable and the overall texture of my skin was great.Keep looking around at reviews for tips, thats where I got mine. You will end up finding some benefit to this clay and won't regret it :)*I use apple cider vinegar

Happy with results on my hair
I used the Rhassoul Clay on my hair. I was very happy with how it made my hair feel. The clay mixed well with water to make a "hair mask" and it also rinsed out well. Yes, it can be messy. But I don't think there is anyway around that. Kind of fun making mud pies in the shower that are good for your hair and skin :)

Works perfectly for my hair/face routine
My hair always needs moisture because my follicles are porous. Dowsing my hair with oil does a good job with sealing moisture, but oil dripping down my head throughout the day its not the look I want. So I decided to develop a routine around this product. I never tried a hair mask before so I was skeptical. My primary objective was to tackle greasy, gunky hair. My hair hates soap/shampoo because it ruins my pH balance, and conditioning it everyday still leaves my hair water-logged/damaged and it ends up dry in the long run. even with leave-in conditioners and other products. My routine:1. Generously soak hair before bed with water and fractionated coconut oil. (Put shower cap and durag on to protect pillow sheets).2. In the morning, sprinkle a small palm-ful of clay in your hand, and spray with a water bottle until "muddy". (I discovered that the spray mist soaks the clay just right as opposed to running your hand in the sink which can accidentally dilute mixture too much and possibly waste product.)3. Rub clay mixture into hair and rinse in the shower.4. After the shower, I put in a leave-in conditioner.5. Then, I use shea butter to trap the moister. And voila! I will NEVER have to use shampoo again! It sounds counter-intuitive to soak hair with oil before rinsing it out, but TRUST me certain oils like coconut oil penetrate the layer of hair that traps water, so the objective is to allow your hair to develop a "protective" oil layer, and then use the clay mask to rinse out the excess. It works wonders for me, and if you have kinky, dry, porous, hair, it'll likely work for you. Also, when I received the jar, I thought the portion was kind of small. But no, this stuff lasts. Only a small palm-full is needed for each rinse. I see myself needed to buy another one maybe after two months or so. The $20 is definitely worth the price.

Game changer
Honestly, I normally wouldn't say that any product works miracles or is 100% effective. Especially because I have hard to treat, deep hormonal breakouts that happen during "that time of the month" and linger long after. These types of breakouts can be painful and annoying. When it happens frequently it can really effect your quality of life/sleep. Even if no one can see them, I can always feel them. This has been an on-going issue that I couldn't shake despite numerous attempts and products bought. This product is the ONLY thing that has been able to draw out the toxins, bacteria, and oils that can get trapped so deep under the skin. I use it with the rose water of the same brand, as recommended. I feel like these two together, are a force to be reckoned with. Not only does it detoxify wonderfully, it also closes and shrinks pores. Not just the appearance of pores. I can literally feel my face so much tighter and firmer after use. My makeup goes on a bit better as well. It has minimized the shiny, oily appearance of my face as well. I would recommend for acne, detox, pore shrinking, tightening, and an overall radiant complexion. I've had this product for a week and a half. Used it every other day so far and it's done so much already. I will continue to buy this product and use it as part of my skin care ritual from now on. Can't say it will work as well on someone else but if you are proned to excess oil production and need some serious deep pore cleaning-this is the product for you!

The product is great! I'm only giving it three stars because there's just really not enough in there for the price... If you are using this on your skin only; Its a good buy... Sistas, If you are washing your hair/scalp with this brand I wouldn't. There is just not enough product in the jar for that. It only lasted for two washes and I already need to buy more before I'm out of luck. But great quality.
