I wanted to write an update on my review of this product. Originally, I was not at all pleased with the quality of the slippers, but after my first review, the company contacted me, and we were able to discuss the problem.My first review stated how badly the item shed. I am pleased with their level of customer service and how patient and friendly they were throughout the situation. If I could rate 5/5 stars for customer service, I would. This style of slipper is precisely what I was looking for, and I wear the new pair that replaced my old ones daily for now- although I will admit I will be buying another completely different pair from someone else eventually. I do have larger, wider feet, so I had no issues with my feet sliding out from the slipper. I do like this because the way they made the crisscross to keep the feet in the slipper is put together well. The sole of the slipper is very comfortable, so overall, this is not a lousy slipper.The biggest issue, and the most significant problem, is the shedding. My first pair was horrible; it wouldn't stop, got stuck to my feet, and tracked all over my floor everywhere in my residence. After the company replaced the previous pair with the new pair, the comparison between the two the shedding has dramatically decreased. That being said, it still sheds, which is unfortunate. I would love this slipper 10/10 if it did not shed at all.

I love these slippers! They have been very durable and have stayed fuzzy for a year now. The fuzz on the sole is still pretty soft now and the color is still great! I've had no issues and they fit true to size

I gave 3 stars for the shedding, I have a lung aliment and the slippers shed fine fur everywhere. they are very comfortable and the sole is well made. Fit was great. The shedding is what cause me to return them

I love these slippers my floors are icy in the winter months and these slippers are amazing they are comfortable cute and very stylish. I got one for myself It has been a year and I have no complaints i even ordered one for my mom and sister, and they love them as well

UPDATE: Exercised patience, tried wearing them again and discovered a few things. #1 I ordered 1/2 size larger than my regular size so they are about an inch longer than my foot. #2 The previously stated hard platform is actually a memory composition that fits to your foot curves and softens. #3 When my foot is where it should be at the top they do not slide off. As a result, added a star and glad I’m keeping them. They may not last long, but they get comfier with use, keep your feet warm and are so dang cute and fuzzy.Bought these for myself. They are super cute and fuzzy soft; however, it’s near impossible to keep them on when walking. I rated a 3 for softness when you slide in foot, but platform is hard and the material is slick, with or without socks. Was going to return but process to return includes the original packaging, which I tossed after receipt.
