I wanted a small sharp utility knife to use when preparing salads and other curing chores . This knife is very sharp, and holds its edge well with only an occasional stoke on the sharpening steel. I do wash it by hand and dry it immediately and put it back it in the knife block. But, so far, very please with its capabilities. I had planned on getting a 4inch blade, but this 31/2' blade seems to fill the tasks well.

It’s easy to use and cuts nicely

Mine wasn't very sharp out of the box. Also note that the handle in the pictures shows that it matches the chef's knife, but it does not! I actually sent the first one back because I thought I received the wrong knife, but the replacement was the same.

I broke the blade of my knife of the same size so I got this knife to place my broken blade (trying to separate pieces of frozen meat. Very sharp, and easy to hold and use.

I juts bough it, but this two last weeks I use it with all kind of foods..... it's really great product, and Im very happy with this choice. You wont regret!!!

This knife doesn't hold an edge, cut less 15 veggies and it's dull. Easy to hold an not bad workmanship, just don't think it's v-10 steel, the V-10 stays sharp about 6 months before I have to sharpen.

Bought this for my husband and he loves it. His favorite knife for everything.
