Earth, Wind & Fire - Spirit & That's the Way of the World [SACD Hybrid Multi-channel]

These two Earth wind and fire albums on one sacd sound absolutely superb. Vocalion records have done a wonderful job here. The albums 'Spirit' from 1976 and 'That's The Way Of The World' from 1975 both sound fresh, crisp, dynamic and wonderfully open with no compression, Just how they should sound. Music of its time but superlative nonetheless!

Very good price (its SACD) with great sound. If you like these albums go for it! If you by any chance have not heard these two albums its 70s R&B/Soul with a hint of a little jazz this is two of the best albums in one package from that period.

Good job from Vocalion to bring back 4-channel quadraphonic sound in SACD quality. You also get two LPs in one copy.

"Remastered from the original analogue tapes by Michael J. Dutton" - and what a wonderful job he's made of these two classic albums too. Both (back to back on the one CD) sound superb. As an avid Earth, Wind & Fire fan since the late 70's I'm delighted... best version of these two albums yet. For reference I use a standard Marantz CD player CD6004 and amp PM6004 driving a pair of Quad 11L Bookshelf Speakers.
