I just started to use this product. I am very happy with the results thus far. It taste great! I followed the instructions as to putting the B12 lozenges under my tongue. To assist in it breaking down I bit it first. I love the fact that it is Vegan. As noted the taste is great. I like it because it is not synthetic. I will make future purchases from this seller again. They have great customer services. I love the fact that they followed up with me to see if I had received my purchase and provided answers to many questions that I had. This product is worth the funds that I paid for it. Like many vegetarians, I've taken B12 supplements forever, but still came up with low levels in my blood labs recently. I hadn't bothered with sublinguingal B12 before, despite knowing lozenges are the way to go when ordinary tablets fail, as it bypasses the digestive system and none is wasted. Thanks to some helpful Amazon reviews, I also learned that this form, Methylcobalamin, is much more efficient. Turns out these little things are quite tasty, too. Worth every penny!

While it doesn't say anything on the label about placing this tablet under the tongue, that is the best way to administer methylcobalamin. I place one lozenge under my tongue every morning and let it dissolve on its own. Taking the lozenges internally (eating them) subjects the methylcobalamin to digestive enzymes, which change the effectiveness. This stuff has done wonders for my peripheral neuropathy.

I started taking B12 vitamins because my doctor found I was a little deficient. She recommended starting a 1000mcg supplement. After some research I found that Methylcobalamin is the better form of B vitamin supplements to take, which then lead me to Natural Health Goodies here on Amazon. I've been taking these for over 6 months. My levels are great and I feel better overall. These are easy to take, taste decent, and are working, which is really all I care about. I recommend them and have been a repeat buying for months.

Very pleased with results--more energy the first day! My doctor recommended Methylcobalamin form. Well packaged and came quickly. Tastes good and my doctor said ok to chew. Apparently older people (I'm 75) may need this even if not vegan/vegitarian.

My family is vegan, so my two daughters (ages 15 and 12) take these daily. Much better tasting than others we’ve tried, and this form of B12 is more absorbable. Seller is very nice and product arrived well packed in a brown glass jar.
