I have used this product for almost 10 years and it has been a godsend. I have had an autoimmune disorder for 22 years and I frequently had severe gastrointestinal problems like bloating, heartburn and other serious issues. Incredible product!! I’ve been using this for several years and every now and then, I go off it. That’s always a HUGE mistake!! I have bowel issues and there isn’t a single other product on the market that works like this one! My advice to new users is to keep adding until you find your perfect fit. Don’t give up w/o giving this product a fair shot. I take 7 of these a day - 3 at lunch and 4 at dinner. My bowels are happy!

I bought this as a cleanse and energy boost. I did not know it was also an appetite suppressant until I read it on the label. I just realized last night, after taking it for a week, that I am eating less. Everything physically had stayed the same, and that was the only new supplement I was taking, so it had to be this product. I do feel like I have a little more energy throughout my day as well.
