KyolicAged Garlic Extract Formula 103 Immune Support, 200 Capsules (Packaging May Vary)

We have had a house full of serious flu type 'b' this past week. Coughing, sneezing, vomiting from every member from an adult child, to teens, to grade schoolers. Flu droplets are permeating and have overtaken the air. I, as the mom, grandmom, and greatgrandmom have been the designated caregiver during this outbreak....only because I Am Not Sick. A superwoman?? Hardly, I and my husband are both up in yrs..66 & 70 and have serious health issues ourselves...my husband being immunocompromised due to a transplant. He Also Has Not Caught This Flu. Our only shield of defense has been this garlic supplement. We both take 2 capsules 2x a day. Pretty amazing and remarkable results!

The verdict is IN! After ONE solid year of taking Kyolic and NOT changing anything else in my diet/exercise routine my blood work came back. Bad cholesterol down 11 points, good cholesterol up 2 points. Okay some of you may say that these results are less than impressive but read on. I'm 60 years old, post menopausal which means my bad cholesterol goes up due to the lack of estrogen in my system and my good stays the same or lowers. I eat very healthy and exercise five days a week, cardio and weights. I work very hard at maintaining my health and DESPITE all of that for the past three years my numbers have been going in the wrong direction. That being said I have to believe that the Kyolic not only stopped my bad cholesterol from climbing it also actually helped lower it. In addition to taking Kyolic for cholesterol I also took Kyolic Immune and even my husband said, "you're never sick." Winter went by without a cold, flu, sinus infection - nothing. As for dosage I took 2 Kyolic for cholesterol in the morning and 2 Kyolic Immune in the later afternoon (with a snack) or with dinner.

This is garlic so the smell is expected to be like garlic. The taste of garlic is pretty strong too and though there's a hint of something i don't know what on its smell and taste, i'd say my experience using this with a bunch of other supplement i bought and tried has been good. This has been my go to when im experiencing pre-cold or colds symptoms and during the time i've been regularly taking it with ny other supplements i can tell it has a good effect on me as i've barely had any colds and other common sickness like i did before. I have used this to replace just my regular vitamin c supplement.

I love this stuff! I have a problem with my immune system that makes me susceptible to bouts of illness. My immune system needs a boost on a regular basis, and "Kyolic Immune 103" does a great job for me. It was recommended to me by a Nutritionalist at my local Health Food store, and I bought it there first. She recommended that I take two caplets per day, then boost to 4 on the days that I feel like I may be getting sick. I haven't been sick since. I am very attuned to my body, and can really tell when I need the extra dose. I would recommend this to anyone who struggles to keep themselves healthy, or people who are in high germ situations, like teachers of small children. This can help boost your immune system.
