Works just as well as the expensive orange cables at half the cost. I use it for tethered shooting in my studio and it works well for me. If you don't tie these cables in knots or run over them with heavy carts they should last you forever. I don't secure the plugs to the camera or the laptop as I do want them to disconnect rather than pulling over the tripod and my camera or the laptop if someone should catch the cable with their foot.

The speed of transferring date from my 70D to my laptop is as good as original Canon cable. Overall happy buyer and recommend this product.

Flawless. I was able to run my Canon 70D through OBS to go live on Facebook with just this cord. HELL YEAH!

Works some times. When I am tether I it will randomly loose contact with the camera and computer. It's hard to rely on. I don't know if I have a bad one...When it does work it is great- long cord, great to have for studio.
