I paid £179 plus 8.99 for quicker delivery. The main issue I have with this product is that I was contacted by UPS as I had to pay £67 import fee for the bike. This was not mentioned anywhere in the add. If I knew I would be paying that plus the original fee I would have probably not bought it and got one for that money in Argos. I paid it but I think you can speak to amazon regarding this. Another issue is the seller has changed names numerous times.However the bike arrived today and all parts were present and correct. It came with good instructions if a little small. Once assembled the bike to be honest feels cheap. It does however do what you want for an excercise bike. It’s quite clunky as you peddle but once you adapt to it you can feel the burn. I would say it is suitable for someone up to the height of 5ft 8 not above as the saddle doesn’t extend very high. All in all slightly disappointed and I wouldn’t order again.

Purchased this bike during the first lockdown - basically because it was one of the few available for what I thought was reasonable price (I, too, fell foul of the import duty from FedEx).The main quality issue is with the pedals. The bearing bushes are made of polyurethane, and have quickly worn out including deforming the metal washer. This makes loud clanking and grinding noises when pedalling to the point where it is now completely unusable if you don't want to disturb everyone in the neighbourhood.I only cycle for between 30 - 60 minutes each day, so would certainly expect something of this price to last longer than 6 months. Have now made the decision to buy a replacement bike from a different manufacturer - I certainly wouldn't waste my money buying this again!

I was disgusted, yesterday, to receive an invoice for import duty from FedEx for £65(ish) . As others have said, this was not mentioned anywhere or I would not have ordered it. The product is ok, for the list price and does what it says on the tin, but with the added cost, it is far from worth the cost and I am pretty incensed, frankly. You, the suppliers, need to tell Amazon about this, and have them set it out on the page, or arrange as some other suppliers through Amazon have done and include it in the list price so that all costs are invoiced and paid up front. I feel I have been right royally conned and am disgusted both with Amazon and with the supplier.

There was 4 washers missing and 2 bolts missing.The computer doesnt slide into the computer housing as the computer housing is wider than the computer slide. The seat doesnt secure tightly as the bolt doesnt screw into the seat pole .The tension doesnt alter.For the money I was expecting a lot better productDont buyto add to this I just received a bill from the deiivery company for £67.48 omg

The padel has been broken in less than two month and hard to find a spare part , I just order some universal padels but not sure if it would do the job

Review for bike.Not worth the price, should have been half of what was charged. Screws didn't line up so have a wonky handle bar, a wonky seat, the resistance dial doesn't work and one of the plastic feet stabilisers was completely smashed into bits when it arrived.

Was expecting a better quality for the price! They cycle mechanism is not smooth and the seat is too low at it's maximum stting (I'm 5'11" tall)

The original page should include the fact that import duty and vat is payable. This takes the price from reasonable to probably not worth it
