So delicious! First time trying- made Grandma’s Meatloaf from the Vejje.com recipe and it turned out amazing! Served with mushroom gravy. Will certainly be purchasing more!

Wow! The "chicken" is fantastic. I made the chicken patty recipe — sandwiches for my husband and me. My only regret is I did not take a photo to show off the "deliciousness." No worries, though, we have leftovers AND more mix for the near future. Next, I want to make chicken parm! I'm SO impressed. I just bought the sausage mix — if the sausage is as good as the chicken we WILL have our pantry stocked with both. And that's no lie.

This is by far the easiest product I have ever found to swap into meals as meat. The packaging, storage, prep time everything is super easy and thoughtful. I've made burger and meatballs with the 'beef' package and both turned out great. I made breakfast burritos with the sausage one and my boyfriend already requested sausage pizza with it as well. I got two meals for two people out of one bag (two bags in each box) so the pricing is SO cheap. The texture is good and I love that you can make pattys, ground 'beef', meatballs ANYTHING with this product. Also they give you recipes which are great with the boxes but you can check their insta for more ideas too.I can't wait to keep making healthy meals for me and my boyfriend with these. BTW he is a meat lover and a picky eater and he even eats these with no complaints.

The best tasting meat substitute I have tried.

I'm a hard core meat and potatoes guy and have rarely venture into the world of meat alternatives until recently. I've tried many products and from my perspective they all taste like a meat substitute, rarely like a real meat replacement. However his product has it all for me....taste, look, smell and texture. I made burgers Sunday night and they were so good we did burgers Monday too. I love it! I think as long as you follow the mixing directions you will be very impressed. This is good stuff.

Did I get a mislabeled mix? I used to have an entirely vegan diet, so I'm used to everything from frozen, canned and made from mix sausage replacements. Most vary in goodness, but are edible, even if put in front of a committed carnivore. These were just....terrible.I followed the directions super carefully, didn't miss any ingredients. It looked watery after the rest time, so I gave it a few more minutes, carefully going back over the ingredients and steps. Nope, I was fine. I could find no directions on the site for making them in the oven, but remembered cooking other vegan sausages that way.Let's just say something went horribly wrong. I got a rubbery result that was still somehow wet and smelled like a face mask or mint tea. They tasted strongly of black pepper and mint. Way too strongly and my kitchen smells like an herbal face mask.There were also parts that never did hydrate, and yes, I used the room temp, even a bit warmer water called for. Even when vegan recipes go wrong the taste will still be decent. I just could not make myself eat more than one bite. Bummer as I was looking forward to these.

I bought this on a whim with very little expectations. I have to admit, this is pretty good. I've already purchased 2 more because I'm positive that I will be eating this regularly. These have a very good "bite/chew" to them. It's very close to actual ground chicken and that in a plant based diet is the hardest thing to find. Texture is really good in these.Taste is that of a very lightly seasoned chicken noodle soup. You can definitely season this any way you need it for and it'll work great. Even on it's own, I liked it.My only gripe was the cooking instructions. "Medium-low" will not get these browned. I had to go to a medium-high to get these browned.Most of the negative reviews seem to be for the "beef" and "sausage" ones and although I have not tried those flavors I'm not surprised just because Impossible and Beyond are so good in those spaces.Overall, I'm VERY happy with this product.

So far only had the chicken and beef and both were very good. Very flavorful just like chicken and beef. I fried the chicken to make a sandwich. Will be buying again. Only 4 stars because they did get crumbly in the patty stage so could've held together better. Overall nice product.
