Amazing results but vanilla ice cream flavour is ABSOLUTELY VILE!
For me this was great for helping me put weight on as I struggle with eating a lot of foods, I went from 7st.13 to 8st.9 but the flavour (vanilla ice cream) was absolutely disgusting! So I recommend dodging that flavour.

Excellent product! It mixes well and tastes great without leaving you feeling bloated and lethargic like so many other brands.it is also one of the only types of protein powders I have brought that you can drink through a straw because the consistency is spot on and yes I’m still drinking it with milk too. Other brands are like trying to down a pint of yogurt with the thickness way overpowering. Not this one though!it is such great value for money too and it will last me ages. Top product and great price. I will be buying again and again.
