Great Shoe!
The SKECHERS Work Elite SR-Rytas have been a game-changer for my husband, who's on his feet all day for work. These shoes offer exceptional comfort and support, keeping him feeling energized and comfortable throughout his long shifts. The slip-resistant feature provides added safety, giving me peace of mind knowing he's well-equipped for whatever his job throws at him. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone who needs reliable footwear for demanding work environments.

Good Product
Keeps feet comfortable and elevated off the ground and makes my feet hurt less after shifts.

Perfect
Great fit and comfort from day one. I would buy another, but they are already out of stock.

They are a little small and narrow
I have had about 5 or 6 different Sketchers shoes over the years, and some come in wide, but I don't believe this one did at the time. I bought them a size bigger than normal, but it is sure doesn't seem any bigger than the size I normally wear. These might just run small. I just went with a very thin sock, and they worked for me. They are comfortable and last just like all the other styles I have gotten, and I put about 5-10 miles a day 5 days a week on them. I was just a little disappointed that they ran so small since I was hoping to wear a little thicker sock in the winter.

Breakthrough in Skechers work shoes!
I just bought these to replace red wing work loafers I’ve used for thirty years. Ted wing discontinued my model and I tried two types of replacements from them. All garbage. I’ve paid over $200 a pair also. Last me one year. I’m on cement in a bakery 12 hours a dayIn desperation I tried Skechers work shoe. They had one $50 ish but I got a better reviewed on for $78. Worn one month now. Omg. Better than my good red wings! Non slip good arch support and walking on air. Break em in for three days your legs are like new. I’m 65 with two new knees and I’m working at my bakery like a kid again. Best thing I did in 2020. We will see how long they last but doesn’t matter they are great. Just a note. Made China and no leather uppers but fit perfect and Skechers engineered them great. I always say how are your legs the second eight hours you work in your own business? Try these shoes

Great shoe for work.
Happy with purchase. Acadamy stopped carrying these and needed for work. Does run small so order 1 size up. Good show for work.

Just what I wanted
These shoes are great. I'm a senior citizen and I volunteer in a food outreach environment. I either stand four to five hours at a time on linoleum over concrete or I'm doing a combination of walking back and forth, including carrying 10 to 20 pounds around, and standing. We do enough walking that a fellow worker with a fitness app gets his daily steps in, easily. These shoes keep my feet and lower back feeling comfortable and relaxed. There was really no break-in period, the shoes were always comfortable, although the first two days I could see that the shoes were adjusting to my feet. The more I wear those, the more I like them.

Not for wide feet
I ordered this pair of shoes for my husband. We both work in a kitchen and were in need of new shoes so I ordered a pair of the mens for him and womens for myself. I have since returned both pairs. I have a pair of the regular Sketchers Max Cushion shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned but the longevity is terrible. The regular tennis shoes won’t last past six months. However, being in our 40’s now and needing comfortable work shoes with good support, I was willing to splurge on the non slip Max Cushion shoes regardless of the longevity. My husband has wide feet and these shoes did not work for him. The shoes rubbed the sides of his feet and left blisters. He tried hard to break them in but would make it 6 hours out of his 10 hour shifts before being in such pain that he would have to change into his old shoes during his shift. He wore the shoes for a week to try and break them in but eventually was in such pain that he gave up. He even put moleskin on the sides of his feet to help with the friction. I had the opposite problem with the womens shoes. My feet are so narrow and the shoes had bungee cords so that I could not get a proper fit either. I can say from personal experience from owning a pair of the regular max cushion trainers that these work shoes don’t have even a 1/4 of the cushion or support as that of the non work shoes do. These are hard, unforgiving shoes that don’t conform to your feet or offer any relief from foot pain but rather add to the discomfort of being on your feet all day.

Comfortable, supportive.
We all know Skechers aren't the most stylish shoes. Most comfortable and supportive shoe's I've bought. Great when on your feet all day. Excellent purchase.
