Cherries in the snow is one of the vintage shades by Revlon. It is a deep reddish pink, slightly blue based I feel. It is a very flattering shade and will look good on anyone! It brightens up my medium tan skin tone and I can see why it's highly recommended by beauty blogs! It looks like a flattering reddish fuchsia and not just red as some people said. Since this particular shade is imported, I ended up paying a pretty penny but for the way it brightened up my complexion and flattered my features I feel it was worth it! I think this shade will appear more red for very fair people.Formula is creamy smooth and is glossy. Wear time would be just like any regular lipstick. Highly recommend this shade if you love deep pinks!

I love this shade of lipstick from Revlon, Pink in the afternoon is very flattering to my skin tone and age, I am 41, goes on smooth, not dry and lasts a good while on my lips at least 6 hours, Revlon have a great formula and at affordable prices. This is one of my favourite lippies of all time, up there with pillow talk for me. Buy a Revlon lipstick I dare say you won't be disappointed.

I had already tried the Cherries in the snow nail polish way back when and liked it very much but i didn't realise that Revlon also had a lipstick of the same name, having found out that this lipstick has been around since the 1950s, lets just say i was eager to try it out!It is a beautiful bright colour and most definitely pops, it does have a pink undertone and is not a true red per se, sadly it did not suit my skin tone so wasn't for me but i still love the colour and it feels very creamy on the lips and moisturising.

I look awful in bright red lipstick but sometimes want a slick of colour to brighten a light shade of pink or brown. This `rich girl red' is ideal for this and is also quite muted when used alone. I find it harder and harder to get lipstick which suits me now that I am in my senior years but this fits the bill!

I don't know about the rest of you but when I'm browsing on a mobile and a photo of a lipstick that you like the colour of pops up, I tend to buy it based on that. You don't buy it based on the name (unless you already happen to know what you're looking for), I mean 'Carnival Spirit', could be anything couldn't it? You look at the picture, think 'that'll do', buy it and wait for it to arrive.When it does, the colour isn't even close, it is only by coming back to the listing and flicking through the other images that you find you've been misled. Three photos of a lipstick, 2 definitely a gorgeous deep pink, the third more reddish but still similar. None of those are showing what you are buying. It's orange. Very disappointing.
