ATD Tools 8614 Variable Pin Spanner Wrench

Worked for me, installing a timing belt tensioner. Dont know when I'll ever use it again, the price is right and the construction is solid, so yeah I'd buy it again, that is really the test for me. Comes with a couple different pins that thread into the end. I had to file the jaws down a little to fit my pin holes, which didnt bother me, I'm just glad it worked.

Worked great to repair hydraulic trim cylinders on Mercury two cruiser. Had to modify jaws for clearance around cylinder piston but did not effect strength of tool. Worked great

Purchased this to repair a Mercury Marine part #98718 Bravo trim ram(this should work on all alpha & Bravo drives). The mercruiser tool is about $300 and is only useful for removing end caps on Mercury trim Rams. Yes kinda dumb when you can buy this tool and use it for a miriad of different jobs. ** One thing to note, the inner ears need to be lightly clearanced if you are using this to remove trim ram end caps like I did, or they can score the chrome rod which is no Bueno. You don't have to remove much on the inner part to accomplish this. Overall very happy and plan to use this to remove the pulley on my Chevrolet LS 5.3 V-8 when doing a water pump.
