Q: Will these fix my camber and make my rear tires straight again since I lowered it?

It will but be careful cause one I threw them on it slammed my car down almost to the ground but I do have lowered coils but also be aware of under camber it will wear out your outer tires but overall I think they are worth the money they do help kinda hard to get on but they work.

Q: Does it come with all nuts, bolts and washers?

Yup, came with everything needed. Had them installed now for three months and seem just fine
