OXO Salad Dressing Shaker, One Size, Green

Typically I like Oxo products but this shaker just seems poorly designed. We normally use a mason jar to mix salad dressing but figured this would be easier. The top spout is a odd design since when you pour dressing out it'll get on the top causing plenty of dressing to be on the top of the lid, I am not sure why they went with a spout that allows the top to go inside the opening, if it was a larger diameter I think it'd work better. Additionally when the mixer is all wet (and oily) in the sink it's so hard to open the lid to clean it (since the rubber area is so small and there is no area to actually 'grip' the lid.We just tossed it, I recommend looking for a different product.

I love this little dispenser except for the fact it stains quickly. I use it for making a tonic of raw Apple Cider Vinegar & Honey, with a touch of Cinnamon and Turmeric. Of course, turmeric will stain most anything. None the less, I was hoping this plastic would be more resistant to stains. (At time of taking the picture, I hadn't soaked it in bleach yet, but it looked the same afterwards anyway.) Other than that, it seals tightly, pours without dripping, and washes easily in the dishwasher. We also have the larger one too, and that works the same.

I like to make my own salad dressings to have on hand at any given time for variety with our salads. This smaller size OXO Dressing Shaker is a perfect with measurements for ingredients and an easy pour lid. I gave it four stars because you must be sure to securely close the lid before shaking and pouring. Otherwise, you end up with an oily mess. (The larger size is great also; but, it takes up more space in the refrigerator and holds more dressing than we can consume before it goes bad.)

If you like your salad dressings handmade and great, this well made oxo dressing maker is the perfect size for making just the right amount with no waste. Well designed and nice to hold, it really is leakproof and easy to clean. I love mine and so does the person I gave one to!

I own two of these and purchased this one for my DNL. The only downside is you need to push the flip top forward when shaking the oil to mix or it may pop open and throw oil everywhere. I’ve had that happen the first time I bought and used it but the lesson was learned. I love these bottles.

I love this little thing! I got the small one. What I love is the top. Leak-proof and the little spout stopper is genius! It doesn't drip all over either. AND it is easy to clean!

Smaller than I expected but actually just the right size. Quality materials. Looks like it will last a long time. Has a nice easy pour lid with a tilt stopper. Very happy with my purchase.

This is our 2nd one.. A great item and perfect size. Stores easily in refrigerator and keeps dressing fresh!Love it!
